A map has now been added to help you locate more precisely the location of the Centre.

The Email Newsletter continues to grow in leaps and bounds. Each issue has grown to about ten pages long when printed. Most new articles are published there, which is why there hasn't been one added here for a while. Eventually an archive of past newsletters will be available on the site. I'd encourage you to subscribe to the newsletter if you haven't already. That's where all the action is!

Client Background page added. Shattering the old myth of who does therapy work on themselves.

Added a new article, The Role of Memory in Releasing.

Testimonials for the Relaxation CD are now becoming available. The first one has just been added.

Added article Healing Yourself - Are you using the right approach? This is an updated version of the article that appeared in Australia's 'Living NOW' a few issues ago.

Many people have been asking for this page. Added a new page on Recommended further Reading. This will grow as time goes on.

The Products For Sale page is now open.

Added a new page on How I Work. It helps to summarise together all my work and how I've tended to work in the last few years. Also finally added some positive testimonial feedback that had been accumulating on P.S.H. Therapy. They can be found on the Testimonials page.

Added an article on your ANS - Autonomic Nervous System, and it's role in healing in relation to P.S.H. Therapy. It is very important to know how we function. This helps toward releasing the dominance of the conscious logical mind which can get in the way of deep lasting healing happening.

Added a page into the P.S.H. therapy section about my personal experience, when I did P.S.H. Therapy for myself in June 1996. Click here to go to it.

From the 1st of March 1999 I will be permanently moving my Glenferrie Road practice (Tuesday's P.S.H. and Radix) to my Elwood location, thus consolidating my practice into one location. So no more confusion about where to go!

Contact information on training as a P.S.H. Therapist has now been added to the Associations page. The next training starts on the 26th February 1999 in Queensland Australia, at the time of writing there were 2 spots left. This course has participants from every state of Australia.

The Client support pages are now active. It's made up of the most frequently asked questions asked after the completion  of P.S.H. therapy. It's for clients only. If you are a client, ring for the User  ID/Password.

The Testimonials Icon on the home page is now clickable. I'll be adding to it over time, as letters, emails, quotes, notes and cards roll in. I am now for the first time actively asking for written client feedback, so there will be more to add in future.

Added a page in the Radix section introducing the new booklet written on Radix, titled LIVING FULLY. Authors Jacqui Showell and Narelle McKenzie. Available only in Australia at this time. Provides excellent background on what Radix is and what it is based on.

Added an additional page on Radix personal work, explaining more.

Added two more pages on P.S.H. therapy. More on the book by the founder (Frank Wright) and more on the details of P.S.H.

Check out the Radix page. One page has been added to provide background on this 'body centred' work. If you ever feel that you are 'in your head' too much, trying to work out your life and feel stuck going no-where. Radix could be the thing for you to help break the loop.
