OTHER PRACTITIONERS AT THE ELWOOD CENTRE FOR WELLBEING (Suite 1A)

Emiline Rose Houston

Clinical/Remedial Massage Therapist / Reiki Master
Emiline has a great reputation around Elwood. I can vouch for that from personal experience. Emiline's massages can be very firm and strong and yet gentle where necessary. Her intuition is also excellent at picking up what your body really needs at the time. A very good practitioner with over ten years experience. Health rebates available. Great value. (IN: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday.)

Phone Availability (Melbourne Australia time)
To speak to me personally, the best time to call is in the afternoon, roughly between 1.30 to 3.30pm. (Tuesday to Friday) and all day Monday. I will normally return calls at the above times or in the evenings. If I am not available when you call, just leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible. The message you leave will be private. No one else will hear it, other than myself and my assistant (when she is in.)

Please be aware that I am quite busy and as I like to personally return all client related calls myself, depending on my schedule, it can sometimes take up to a number of days to return your call
.

If I have not returned your call within a week, please feel free to ring again. It either means I have had an extra busy period or I have been away (conference, holiday break, interstate, etc.)

Email Response
Care for the quickest response? Usually the BEST way to receive a quick response (other than on the phone at the above times) is to email. If I am not away on a break or interstate/overseas, email is checked everyday and normally a reply is sent within 24 to 48 hours. Again, feel free to email again if I have not responded within a week.

Getting Here - More Details
We are in the little shopping centre on the west side of the big roundabout at the intersection of Glenhuntly Road and Broadway. We do not have a "shop front", we are in a courtyard entered from the footpath. There is a Flower Shop on the right of the courtyard and a Beautician on the left. We are opposite St. Columba's church which has a distinctive tower with a ball.

The number 246 bus passes right by the centre. There are bus stops on either side of the Glenhuntly Road/Broadway roundabout, visible in the first picture above (if you click to view images.) In each direction the bus stops just before the roundabout, and it is only a short walk to the centre, which is to the west (Bay side) of the roundabout (just beyond the camera position in the first picture) and on the north side of the road.

The 246 bus starts at La Trobe University (north of the city) and runs along Hoddle Street/Punt road, then along the bay and Barkly street before turning into Glenhuntly Road (going past the centre) and ending at Elsternwick train station. It then returns to La Trobe University retracing the same route.

Getting Here from Interstate/Overseas
If you are coming here from the Melbourne Tullamarine International airport. The quickest and cheapest way to get here is to take the Frankston Shuttle Bus (see picture below.) Pickup point is in front of the International Arrivals area. The shuttle will drop you off within 40 metres of the Centre here on Glenhuntly Road. Pick up for the return trip is across the road. Cost is $21 each way (compared to $70+ for a taxi.) Book a return ticket and it is only $20 each way. This is fantastic value and convenience!

Click on the Shuttle Bus for more information and to book online. Select destination as "Elwood/Elsternwick" and add in the comments area "drop off at The Turtle Cafe."
