P.S.H. Therapy

Private Subconscious-mind Healing

WHAT IS P.S.H. THERAPY?

WHAT SYMPTOMS CAN BE TREATED WITH P.S.H.?

The P.S.H. (Private Subconscious-mind Healing) model of therapy utilises subconscious mind principles and is designed specifically to help clients resolve subconscious mind problems. P.S.H. helps clients resolve the original subconscious cause of a presenting problem, thereby eliminating it permanently rather than merely helping the person cope with the symptoms.

The difference between P.S.H. and other approaches is that it is not an invasive method which calls upon clients to relive traumatic experiences, nor does the therapist need to delve into a client's history. Rather it is done privately, gently and quickly within the client's inner mind.

What is the Subconscious Mind?

Also known as the "unconscious", "inner", "feeling" or "body" mind, this part of us holds the life-record of our human experiences and learnings, and is the creative, intuitive, and emotional part of our mind. The subconscious mind is responsible for our habitual actions, reactions and feelings, both positive and negative.

The conscious mind analyses and takes history.

The subconscious mind heals.

When is P.S.H. used?

When a person has feelings, behaviours or responses to external stress that they would like to change but can't through conscious effort and willpower. It is often an indicator of underlying conflicts that have been initiated or exacerbated by the subconscious mind.

Past clients have reported significant positive changes both singly and in combination of the following symptoms:

Behavioural

Compulsive and/or addictive behaviour (eg. Overeating, Spending, Smoking), Stuttering, Aggression, Nail biting and others.
